BKE Logistics, LLC provides freight brokerage services, connecting shippers with qualified carriers for the transportation of goods.
Service Terms
Freight Brokerage Services
Our core brokerage services include carrier selection, rate negotiation, and shipment coordination.
- Carriers must maintain required insurance coverage
- Shippers must provide accurate shipment details
- Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified
Liability Limitations
Service Liability
BKE Logistics, LLC's liability is limited to the scope of services provided as a broker.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
Arbitration Terms
Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration.
Termination
Service Termination
Conditions:
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice, Immediate termination for material breach
Consequences:
Outstanding payments remain due, Confidentiality obligations survive termination
